Just 10k’s out of town you can get off the main road and follow a bush track down to another beautiful spot. I only recall coming here once or twice but nowadays it is quite accessible, though not with a 2WD. There a couple of large picnic table sitting on a bauxite shelf overlooking the water. You can amble along the beach or scramble along the rocks whilst you watch the changing colours off the cliff face which would 20+ mtrs high. The colours glow with the yellow oranges whites and reds. We will definitely have to do an early morning viewing here.

On our wander we discovered some buffalo prints, of course we had to follow them. Lucky there was no buff to be found.
